BC-216 LED Pixel Controller - Product Introduction

Product Overview
TheBC-216 LED Pixel Controller is a professional-grade, multi-channel addressable LED driver designed for large-scale dynamic lighting installations. Supporting up to 16 channels of SPI pixel control, DMX512 connectivity, and Ethernet compatibility, it is ideal for architectural lighting, stage displays, theme parks, and commercial projects requiring synchronized, high-performance LED effects.

Key Features
  • Multi-Channel Output: 16 Pixel independent SPI output channels, each supporting up to 170 pixels (total 2720 pixels) for large-scale installations.
  • Dual Protocol Support:
    • Native support for common addressable LED ICs (WS2811, WS2812B, UCS1903, APA102, SK9822, etc.)
    • DMX512 / Art-Net / sACN compatibility for integration with professional lighting consoles
  • Versatile Control Interfaces:
    • DMX512 XLR ports (DMX512 IN/OUT)
    • Ethernet port for Art-Net/sACN and PC software control
    • Built-in LCD display + keypad for standalone setup and mode configuration
  • High-Current Power Output: 3A per channel (max 16CH), with DC5V–24V wide-range input to support different LED strip voltages.
  • Built-In Effects Library: Standalone operation with pre-programmed dynamic patterns (chasing, gradient, rainbow, text, and more) adjustable via the on-board controls.
  • Sturdy Industrial Design: Rugged metal enclosure with mounting brackets for reliable performance in commercial and stage environments.
  • Safety & Compliance: CE, FC, and RoHS certified, with built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection.

Usage Notes
  1. Power & Wiring: Use a regulated DC power supply matching your LED strip voltage (5V/12V/24V). Connect the SPI data channels to your LED strips, and ensure correct polarity to avoid damage.
  2. Controller Setup: Use the LCD display and keypad to select your LED IC type, pixel count, and desired effect mode. For DMX/Art-Net control, configure the address and protocol settings.
  3. DMX/Art-Net Integration: Connect the controller to your lighting console via DMX512 or Ethernet. Assign DMX addresses to each channel to sync with your show programming.
  4. Load Management: Do not exceed the 3A per-channel output to prevent overheating. For long LED strips, use power injection at intervals to maintain brightness.
  5. Installation: Mount the controller in a well-ventilated area to ensure heat dissipation. Keep it away from water and high-humidity environments unless additional protection is used.
